Most years, Gary is fortunate to be ranked in the top 5% in Lake area real estate sales. He has been awarded Pinnacle Level sales and is a primary agent with RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks. Within the Mid West States Region (USA) of RE/MAX Gary was #1 in individual agent sales for 2009. In 2010 Gary is the President Elect of the Bagnell Dam Association of REALTORS, and also serves on State Real Estate board committees. In addition to the standard real estate license, he has his Real Estate Broker license, and three coveted accreditations. CRS (Council of Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of REALTOR Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation). Besides residential and commercial real estate background, Gary has past experience in property management through owning and managing residential rental properties. Gary serves on the Board of Directors of the Lake of the Ozarks Convention and Visitor Burea.
Prior to his career in real estate, Gary held Vice president and Director of Logistics positions with several Fortune 100 companies including Sara Lee Corp., ConAgra Corp., and Farmland Foods. Buying and selling real estate professionally is one thing, but during his corporate career Gary and his wife of 39 years have owned 14 homes - making them "personally" aware of concerns with home buying and selling.
For Gary, real estate is a 7 day a week profession, however, he does sneak in time for boating, fishing, looking for his lost golf balls, and flying/crashing remote control airplanes. ... |
